Payment

Payment must be provided by personal check or money order only. Credit cards and debit cards are not accepted.  Please make the check payable to: Marina Ahun-Babaeva.  Your order will be processed once your check is received and the funds are cleared by the bank.  I will make every attempt to ship your artwork within 48 hours.  Please include your full name, shipping address, mailing address and telephone number(s) with all orders. Tax included in price.

Return Policy

Because the image quality on the Internet does not truly represent the color, texture and overall quality of an original painting or print, Marina Ahun offers a no-questions-asked return policy.  If, for any reason, a piece does not meet a buyer's expectations, the purchased piece may be returned within 15 calendar days of invoce for exchange or a full refund.  Returned items must be received in the same condition as when shipped to you.  The buyer is responsible for proper packaging and paying all return shipping fees.  It is in the buyer's best interest that he/she insures the artwork for the full value when returning it.  If the artwork is damaged during return shipping, the buyer shall be liable for the damages.  The buyer, upon making the initial purchase, agrees to this term of liability.  If a buyer does not return the original artwork within 15 calendar days, Marina will consider the work sold and shall not be under any obligation to refund any payment or to buyback the artwork.
